2. Services Provided

Farnaaz Sharief Ltd provides:

• Adult ADHD assessment services (18+ only)
• Coaching services (including resilience, leadership, Menopause and wellbeing)
• Digital courses and online programmes
• Workshops, webinars, and educational content

All services are delivered in accordance with applicable professional and UK regulatory standards where relevant.

3. Eligibility

Our services are intended for individuals aged 18 years and over.

We do not knowingly provide services to individuals under the age of 18.

4. Adult ADHD Assessment Service

4.1 Nature of Service

This service provides a comprehensive remote ADHD assessment, diagnostic evaluation and personalised recommendations to help you understand your symptoms and identify the most appropriate next steps

As an assessment-only service, medication prescribing and ongoing ADHD medical management are not provided directly. Where appropriate, guidance and onward referral options to suitable ADHD specialist will be discussed to support your continued care.

4.2 Clinical Responsibility

The assessment includes clinical evaluation, formulation, and a written report. Recommendations may be made for further support, including referral to NHS or private providers.

4.3 Not an Emergency Service

This service is not suitable for urgent or crisis situations. If you are experiencing acute distress or risk, you should contact your GP, NHS 111, or emergency services.

4.4 Patient Responsibility

You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and timely information as part of the assessment process. Failure to do so may impact the outcome of the assessment.

5. Appointments and Booking

Booking an ADHD assessment or coaching session reserves dedicated time.

You are responsible for ensuring:

• You attend your appointment on time
• You have access to a stable internet connection for remote sessions
• You have completed any required pre-assessment documentation

6. Rescheduling and Cancellations (ADHD Assessments)

We understand that circumstances can change. To ensure we can offer appointments fairly and maintain the quality of our assessment service, the following cancellation and rescheduling policy applies.

6.1 Rescheduling

• More than 72 hours’ notice: You may reschedule your appointment free of charge, subject to availability.
• Between 24-72 hours’ notice: A rebooking fee of 10% of the assessment fee may apply
• Less than 24 hours’ notice: The appointment will be treated as a late cancellation and a new assessment booking fee may be required.

6.2 Non-Attendance

If you do not attend your appointment and have not contacted us in advance, this, this will be treated as “no show.” A new appointment fee may be required to rebook.

7. Refund Policy – ADHD Assessments

Due to clinical preparation, time allocated and personalised nature of ADHD assessment, assessment fees are non-refundable once an appointment has been confirmed.

This includes:

• Misssed appointments or non-attendance
• Late cancellations or insufficient notice rescheduling
• A decision not to proceed after the assessment has started
• Outcomes where ADHD diagnostic criteria are not met

An ADHD assessment is a clinical evaluation designed to provide clarity and understanding. A diagnosis cannot be guaranteed, as it is based on meeting established clinical criteria. Regardless of the outcome, you will receive a professional assessment, clinical feedback and recommendations regarding appropriate next steps.

In exceptional circumstances, we may consider individual situations at our discretion.

8. Safeguarding and Duty of Care (Clinical and Coaching Services)

Farnaaz Sharief Ltd is committed to maintaining a safe and ethical standard of care across all coaching and clinical services, including Adult ADHD assessments.

Where there are concerns relating to safeguarding, risk of harm to yourself or others, or where there is a significant clinical concern, we may need to take appropriate action in line with professional obligations and legal requirements.

This may include, where necessary and proportionate:

• Encouraging contact with your GP or relevant healthcare services
• Sharing relevant information with other healthcare professionals or agencies
• Making disclosures without consent where there is a serious risk of harm or where required by law

Any disclosure will be limited to the minimum necessary information and will be carried out in accordance with applicable UK safeguarding frameworks and professional guidance.

We will always aim to discuss any safeguarding concerns with you where it is safe and appropriate to do so.

9. Coaching Services

Coaching is a collaborative, non-clinical process designed to support personal and professional development.

It is not a substitute for medical or psychiatric care.

Confidentiality is maintained, except where disclosure is required by law or safeguarding concerns arise.

10. Digital Courses and Programmes

10.1 Access

Upon purchase, you are granted immediate, lifetime access to digital course content for personal or internal business use only.

10.2 Intellectual Property

All content remains the intellectual property of Farnaaz Sharief Ltd.

You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute content
• Share access with others
• Create derivative works
• Use content to create competing services

Any breach may result in termination of access and legal action.

11. Refund Policy – Courses

All Digital, Coaching and Workshop Course purchases are non-refundable.

As access is granted immediately upon purchase, this cannot be reversed.
