1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of services provided by Farnaaz Sharief Ltd, including but not limited to Adult ADHD assessments, coaching services, workshops, and digital courses.

By accessing our website, purchasing a service, or booking an appointment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Services Provided

Farnaaz Sharief Ltd provides:

  • Adult ADHD assessment services (18+ only)
  • Coaching services (including resilience, leadership, Menopause and wellbeing)
  • Digital courses and online programmes
  • Workshops, webinars, and educational content

All services are delivered in accordance with applicable professional and UK regulatory standards where relevant.

3. Eligibility

Our services are intended for individuals aged 18 years and over.

We do not knowingly provide services to individuals under the age of 18.

4. Adult ADHD Assessment Service

4.1 Nature of Service

ADHD assessments are conducted remotely via secure video consultation and are designed to meet current UK clinical standards.

This is an assessment-only service. We do not prescribe medication or provide ongoing medical management.

4.2 Clinical Responsibility

The assessment includes clinical evaluation, formulation, and a written report. Recommendations may be made for further support, including referral to NHS or private providers.

4.3 Not an Emergency Service

This service is not suitable for urgent or crisis situations. If you are experiencing acute distress or risk, you should contact your GP, NHS 111, or emergency services.

4.4 Patient Responsibility

You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and timely information as part of the assessment process. Failure to do so may impact the outcome of the assessment.

5. Appointments and Booking

Booking an ADHD assessment or coaching session reserves dedicated time.

You are responsible for ensuring:

  • You attend your appointment on time
  • You have access to a stable internet connection for remote sessions
  • You have completed any required pre-assessment documentation

6. Rescheduling and Cancellations (ADHD Assessments)

6.1 Rescheduling

  • More than 72 hours’ notice: no charge, subject to availability
  • Less than 72 hours’ notice: 50% rebooking fee applies

6.2 Non-Attendance

Failure to attend without notice will be treated as a “no show.”

No refunds will be provided. A new appointment fee may be required to rebook.

7. Refund Policy – ADHD Assessments

All ADHD assessment bookings are non-refundable. This includes:

  • Missed appointments
  • Late cancellations
  • Non-attendance
  • Insufficient notice rescheduling
  • Outcomes where ADHD is not diagnosed

By booking, you acknowledge and accept that clinical outcomes cannot be guaranteed.

8. Safeguarding and Duty of Care (Clinical and Coaching Services)

Farnaaz Sharief Ltd is committed to maintaining a safe and ethical standard of care across all coaching and clinical services, including Adult ADHD assessments.

Where there are concerns relating to safeguarding, risk of harm to yourself or others, or where there is a significant clinical concern, we may need to take appropriate action in line with professional obligations and legal requirements.

This may include, where necessary and proportionate:

  • Encouraging contact with your GP or relevant healthcare services
  • Sharing relevant information with other healthcare professionals or agencies
  • Making disclosures without consent where there is a serious risk of harm or where required by law

Any disclosure will be limited to the minimum necessary information and will be carried out in accordance with applicable UK safeguarding frameworks and professional guidance.

We will always aim to discuss any safeguarding concerns with you where it is safe and appropriate to do so.

9. Coaching Services

Coaching is a collaborative, non-clinical process designed to support personal and professional development.

It is not a substitute for medical or psychiatric care.

Confidentiality is maintained, except where disclosure is required by law or safeguarding concerns arise.

10. Digital Courses and Programmes

10.1 Access

Upon purchase, you are granted immediate, lifetime access to digital course content for personal or internal business use only.

10.2 Intellectual Property

All content remains the intellectual property of Farnaaz Sharief Ltd.

You may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, or distribute content
  • Share access with others
  • Create derivative works
  • Use content to create competing services

Any breach may result in termination of access and legal action.

11. Refund Policy – Courses

All digital course purchases are non-refundable.

As access is granted immediately upon purchase, this cannot be reversed.

You are encouraged to review course details and contact us with any questions prior to purchase.

12. Payments

All fees must be paid in full at the time of booking or purchase unless otherwise agreed.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel services where payment has not been received.

13. Confidentiality and Data Protection

All personal and health information is handled in accordance with:

  • Data Protection Act 2018
  • Applicable professional and confidentiality standards

14. Complaints, Regulatory Routes and Jurisdiction
