Work With Me!
Clinician. Consultant. Coach Resilience Trainer
My aspiration is to engage, enable and empower individuals, teams and organisations.
- Having worked extensively across the NHS in various leadership roles, including that of a place based Medical Director, I have experienced and understand many of the challenges faced by clinical leaders. I have used this learning to design and deliver programmes that address these commonly faced problems and am passionate about keeping people focused, motivated and moving.
- I am also Chief Executive of Manage Your Mind – A programme that aims to develop the mental resilience of staff working across health and social care. We provide training courses that enable individuals to learn valuable life-skills such as breathing techniques and meditation skills that enhance self-awareness. This coupled with practical principles taught on the programme, enables individuals to thrive in volatile, uncertain, challenging and ambiguous environments. Independently evaluated, our courses are clinically-led and equitably delivered, ensuring demonstrable benefits for clients and value for healthcare organisations. For more information about this programme please visit www.manageyourmind.org.uk

Results I Have Helped Create
Anyway, you still use Lorem Ipsum and rightly so, as it will always have a place in the web workers toolbox, as things happen, not always.
We contacted a lawyer last year when a question arose about reorganizing the firm. We were very lucky, everything was done quickly!
The way you like it, not always in the preferred order. Even if your less into design and more into content strategy you may find some redeeming.
But worse, what if the fish doesn’t fit in the can, the foot’s to big for the boot? Or to small? To short sentences, to many headings, images too.
