With over 15 years of experience in developing and delivering multi-award-winning resilience programmes, I empower individuals to overcome challenges and thrive in both their personal and professional lives. As an NLP Practitioner, Executive Coach, and DISC-certified facilitator, I have a deep understanding of how resilience influences all aspects of life. My expertise is informed by my background as a GP and former Medical Director, where I gained invaluable insights into stress, pressure, and change. Having held leadership roles within the NHS, I recognise the critical importance of building mental and emotional resilience to navigate life's complexities.
