Hi, I'm Farnaaz

I’m a multi-award-winning Resilience Trainer, GP, former NHS Medical Director, and leadership coach. 

I empower individuals and organisations to build resilience in three key areas: leadership, ADHD, and menopause - supporting people to perform, lead, and live well under pressure. 

As a British Menopause Society (BMS) certified menopause specialist, I deliver evidence-based, practical menopause education and workshops that help women understand what is happening in their bodies and minds, and how to navigate this transition with clarity, confidence, and control. 

Alongside this, I work as an ADHD Assessor and leadership coach, combining clinical expertise with behavioural insight to help individuals and teams reduce overwhelm, improve communication, and strengthen performance. 

My approach is practical, grounded, and outcomes-focused, helping people move from confusion and pressure to clarity, resilience, and sustained capability.
