I created the iRISE and Achieve programme based on over a decade of experience helping people rise above challenges and reach their goals. As a GP and former Medical Director, I’ve made countless difficult decisions, supported teams under pressure, and empowered others to do the same. I’ve delivered over 500 resilience workshops and carried out more than 150 coaching sessions, guiding individuals and teams to clarity, confidence, and making real, measurable progress.
